If you ask the four year old grandson of one of your two protagonists to choose a human name for a dragon, she will end up called "Thundertoes."

What could possibly be a downside to this nomenclature?

It's difficult to take an ambassador named "Thundertoes" seriously?

No downside. My characters have minds of their own, and sometimes they make me giggle. This little guy is especially good at it. He named her Thundertoes because when she yells, it makes the mountain rumble and it feels like thunder in his toes.

That's not any worse than "Tyrant King of the Thunder Lizards", is it?
